At Splentra, we prioritize the protection and security of your financial and personal ledger activities. This Privacy Policy details the exact specifications of data gathered, utilized, and stored when you use our mobile application and related API ecosystems. We ensure your data remains secure, compliant with store policies, and under your control.
To supply standard social features and biometrics locking capabilities within the application, Splentra requires the following hardware-level system permissions:
When you trigger the Sync Contacts feature in the add-friend dialogue, Splentra requests permission to access your local device contacts ledger. We retrieve these contact files strictly to match names and email addresses with existing registered Splentra accounts. Matching lists are shown so that you can add friends seamlessly. Your contact lists are processed transiently and are never sold, rented, or exposed to third-party entities.
Splentra offers an optional secure Privacy Lock layer to secure your expense ledgers. If enabled, the app prompts for Fingerprint/TouchID/FaceID when launched. All biometrics validation processes are managed locally on your hardware device via Android's secure hardware enclave API. No biometric signatures, biometric keys, or biometric data are ever transmitted to or processed by our backend servers.
We collect essential information required to offer transparent ledger and debt-simplification operations:
We hold account ledgers and transaction history for as long as your account remains active. You possess complete rights to request the deletion of your account and transactional entries. If you decide to close your account, all transactional data and user-specific allocations are deleted or permanently anonymized.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this privacy policy or want to request manual account deletion, feel free to contact us at:
